Returns and warranty

Returns

Under Law No. 8/2016 on consumer rights you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, provided the product is unused and keeps its condition and packaging.

Not returnable: glasses with lenses made to your prescription; opened packs of contact lenses and solutions (medical devices); products with signs of use.

To return, visit any store or write to info@eurooptica.md with the order number. Refunds go back by the original payment method within 14 days.

Warranty

  • Frames — 24 months for manufacturing defects (soldering, coating, hinges).
  • Spectacle lenses — 12 months for coatings, with proper care.
  • Glasses spa (cleaning, adjustment, nose pad replacement) — free twice a year in any store.

The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, scratches from improper care or natural wear.

File a complaint in store or at info@eurooptica.md; we respond within 14 days. If you disagree, you may contact the Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance Agency (APCSP).
