Delivery options
- Store pickup — free. Your order waits 3 days; we confirm by SMS. You can try the frame on and order lenses right away.
- Courier in Chișinău — 50 MDL, free for orders from 500 MDL. Same-day or next-business-day delivery, time agreed by phone.
Payment
Cash or card on receipt, in store or to the courier. All prices are in MDL including VAT. Online card payment is coming later.
Glasses with lenses
Prescription lenses are made in our workshop: standard lenses in stock in one hour in store; complex ones are made to order, and your consultant will tell you the lead time. We notify you by SMS.
Contact lenses
Contact lenses are a medical device. Choose parameters as recommended by your doctor; for a first order we advise an eye exam in store.
Delivery and payment questions
How can I pay for my order?
Cash or card on receipt: in store at pickup, or to the courier. Online card payment is not available yet, so you pay nothing when placing the order. All prices are in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include VAT.
How much is delivery in Chișinău?
Courier delivery in Chișinău costs 50 MDL and is free for orders from 500 MDL. We deliver the same day or the next working day; the courier comes on working days between 11:00 and 15:00, and the manager confirms the exact time by phone. Pay the courier in cash or by card.
How does store pickup work?
Store pickup is free. At checkout choose one of our 5 stores in Chișinău; when the order arrives there, you get a text. It waits for you for 3 days. Pay at pickup, cash or card, and if you ordered lenses for glasses, we fit them into the frame on the spot.
What happens after I place an order?
Your order gets a number and reaches our managers immediately. During working hours (Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00, Sat 9:00–14:00) the manager calls to confirm the items, delivery or pickup and, if needed, your lens parameters. Orders placed in the evening or on Sunday are processed on the next working day.
Do I need an account to order?
No. A name and phone number are enough to order. The account (sign-in by SMS code, no password) is optional: it shows your order history, keeps your vision parameters with your consent and lets you order for family members. An account is required only for the AI frame try-on.
